Before you start filling out the online estimate form we’ll give you some tips to make your request as clear as possible!
First of all, double check the email address that you provided in our form. If your e-mail address is not correct, we will not be able to send you the price estimation. We also ask for your phone number… it is very rare when we bother customers by phone and if we ever contact you by phone know that it is because you ask us to contact you, either the email address is not correct or the information you put in the form is not clear to us.
If you are moving from a house and you are moving the equivalent of a 3 1/2, you should not check the size of your house (e.g. 5 1/2…6 1/2 etc.) but rather the equivalent of the stock you are moving from, so 3 1/2.

If you move a piano, billiard table, safe deposit box at the same time with your house, condo, apartment, etc., in the section ”additional information” you must provide information that will help us to better estimate your needs: ex: the approximate weight of your safe, pool table in 1 or 3 or 5 slates, for pianos specify the height of the piano in inches (if it is an upright piano) or the length (if it is a grand piano) floor, straight stairs or 90 degree turn, landings, etc. Happy moving!
