Before you start filling in the online estimate form, we’d like to give you a few tips to make your request as clear as possible!
First, double-check the e-mail address you entered in our form. If your e-mail address is not correct, we will not be able to send you the price estimate. We also ask for your phone number… it’s very rare for us to bother customers by phone, and if we ever do contact you by phone, please know that it’s because you asked us to contact you, either because the email address is not correct, or because the information you put in the form is not clear to us.
If you’re moving out of a house and are moving the equivalent of a 3 1/2, you shouldn’t check the size of your house (e.g. 5 1/2…6 1/2 etc.) but rather the equivalent of the stock you’re moving out of, i.e. 3 1/2.

If you are moving a piano, billiard table, safe at the same time as your house, condo, apartment, etc., in the “additional information” section you must provide information that will help us better estimate your needs: e.g. the approximate weight of your safe, billiard table in 1 or 3 or 5 slates, for pianos specify the height of the piano in inches (if it’s an upright) or the length (if it’s a grand piano) floor, straight stairs or 90-degree turns, landings, etc., as well as the size of the room.
